This is a Therapeutic Parenting course.

6 sessions (attendance at all sessions is required)

This 6-week course is designed to support carers in developing therapeutic parenting skills, with a focus on emotional regulation, self-care, and practical strategies for fostering stability at home.

This course replaces our previous Fostering Stability programme and is a key requirement for carers wishing to progress from Level 1 to Level 2. Priority will therefore be given to Level 1 carers.

Together, we will:

Explore the principles of therapeutic parenting

Learn tools for emotional regulation (for both carers and children)

Practice self-care strategies to support resilience

Apply theory to real-life scenarios.
