Learn how to reduce challenging behavior's with curiosity, compassion and connection.

Recognize your own stress reaction to your child’s behavior's. Understand what is really going on in your child’s brain in these moments.

T.I.P workshops are very much in line with the Curriculum for Excellence and Health and Well-being.

Their themes are centered on connection, relationship, family engagement, building resilience and calm coping strategies and parental support, advice and learning. Supporting parents to manage their children’s moments of crisis more effectively.

In this workshop Suzanne talks through the Bryan Post stress model, how to apply this and she can evidence the change that it has made in her own home and life.

Suzanne signposts learners on to Bryan Post and all his teachings.

T.I.P also offers ongoing support through the Facebook group and after attending the workshops all learners are invited to join the private support group for caregivers working to put this technique into practice for ongoing support and guidance
