This 2.5-hour online training session on trauma-informed practice in museum and heritage learning environments is designed for professionals who already have had an introduction to the subject. It will go beyond basic trauma awareness to offer a deeper, more practice-focused exploration of how trauma-informed approaches can shape ethical, supportive and inclusive museum learning.

Participants will engage with up-to-date theory and group reflection - gaining tools and insights they can apply directly to their work. The training will include a guest speaker from the sector and a facilitated breakout session to encourage shared learning.
