Trauma-Informed Practitioner Training
Trauma is a universal human experience, and as space holders, it’s essential to create environments that feel safe, compassionate, and inclusive for all bodies, allowing for profound healing to unfold with integrity and care.
This small-group training, limited to twelve participants, equips you with a deep understanding of trauma awareness, nervous system regulation, and practical somatic tools, alongside the opportunity for profound inner work that nurtures and strengthens your own system. You will learn:
- The fundamentals of trauma awareness and how it manifests in the body.
- Nervous system regulation techniques for both clients and space holders.
- How to recognise and work with trauma responses like fight, flight, freeze, and fawn.
- Tools for holding space with integrity, setting boundaries, and safe emotional release.
- 40+ somatic practices, including the breath, movement and voice.
- How to facilitate safe and effective sharing circles and attune to client needs.
