1. Amount paid is non refundable for non-attendance (if you are unable to attend please email bhccg.bandhccgtrainingadmin@nhs.net with at least 72 hours’ notice).
2. That you complete an evaluation form on the day of the course .
3.Please make sure you complete the booking form correctly for each attendee making sure that we have the correct names and contact details. If bookings are made in the same name then we will cancel the booking.
