Travel Klinix is hosting an inaugural mini conference for reception and administrative staff. This seminar will take you through the multidiscplinary approach to travel health. What do you say to the last minute traveller? Is it too late? What are their options? What vaccines do they need?
The second part of the seminar will focus on communication. How do you manage that angry patient at the front desk? What are potential barriers to effective communication? Learn about the importance of non-verbal communication and other issues such as privacy and dignity.
