Travelling With Diabetes Talk
Event Information
About this event
Whether you’re a regular traveler or newly diagnosed, join our speakers Laura Sevestre (pictured) and Sandra Tweddell to hear about their experiences of travelling the world and managing their diabetes with confidence, whatever the challenges!
From what to pack and how to prep, keeping your insulin cool in a hot climate and juggling your diabetes with jet lag; Laura and Sandra will be sharing their pearls of wisdom picked up on the way and top tips for keeping well while globetrotting!
We’ll also be joined by a guest speaker from the insurance industry who’ll be on hand to answer your questions and offer up-to-date information.
There’ll also be time for you to meet with other attendees and share your experiences together in breakout rooms, and we’ll be taking questions and answers at the end.
This talk is free to attend, and open to all living with, affected by, or with an interest in diabetes.
The talk will be held live on Zoom. We will not be recording this event and any form of attendee recording or photography is not permitted.
