There are no banking facilities on site. The nearest banking facilities are in Woburn Sands.
Cameras are NOT permitted on Tournament Days – Friday, Saturday and Sunday, including camera phones.
It would be recommended to wear casual golf wear. The ground is uneven and, particularly under wet conditions the ground may become slippery, therefore appropriate footwear should be worn to avoid injury.
All tickets are issued subject to the ground regulations and terms and conditions of the Tournament and the European Tour.
Lost, stolen or damaged tickets cannot be replaced. Tickets are non-refundable including in the event of curtailment or cancellation through adverse weather.
The ticket holder acknowledges the risk of being struck by a golf ball and agrees that they are assuming all risk and danger arising from their attendance at the event. To the extent permissible by law the promoter, venue, European Tour, players, sponsors and their respective employees, servants, agents, independent contractors or representatives will not be liable for any injury, loss or damage suffered by any person entering the venue including liability for any injury, loss or damage caused by the negligence of the promoter or venue, their employees, contractors or agents.
Making or distributing broadcasts, commentary, news reports, data, results or statistics by any means in any format or media including any such by mobile phone or other wireless device is not permitted.
Ticket holders consent to being photographed, filmed and recorded at the Tournament (including by CCTV), and consent to use of any such film, image or recording at the discretion of the promoter and/or European Tour and their licensees and partners without compensation or notice.
No dogs (other than guide dogs) or other animals are permitted on the course.
All promotional, commercial, political, religious or offensive items of whatever nature including, but not limited to clothing, banners, signs, symbols and leaflets are prohibited.
The ticket holder must comply with all relevant statutes, signs, safety announcements, directions of stewards and ground regulations whilst attending the Tournament. Breach of any of these conditions or any unacceptable behaviour likely to cause damage, nuisance or injury shall enable the venue or event management to revoke this ticket and to eject the holder without compensation.
Tickets are non transferable. Any transfer of this ticket will render it void. The ticket remains the property of the Tournament at all times.

Spectators can move freely around the golf course but please stay outside the ropes. Controlled crossing points, which are clearly marked, should be used when crossing fairways.
There will not be a public shuttle service around the course.

From roundabout, A507 into Aspley Guise, ignoring signs for Woburn Abbey and Safari.
At Woburn Sands turn left at the Fir Tree Pub heading towards Woburn.
After 1/2 mile, turn right and follow lane for another 1/2 mile, turn left at the T-junction and proceed about 400 yards to the club on the right.

From M1 Junction 14 via A5
Follow signs for Milton Keynes and A5.
Go South on the A5.
At the large roundabout take the 'A5 London' exit.
At the first slip-road take the turning signposted Woburn.
After 500 yards as the road bends round to the right take the turning marked Woburn Golf Club.
Continue along, Woburn Golf Club entrance is on the left.

Travelling from the South via A5
Take the Little Brickhill slip-road off the A5.
At the first roundabout turn right (crossing over the A5).
After 800 yards as the road bends round, take the left turning which is marked Woburn Golf Club.

Viewing on the course – a viewing area will be created on the 18th green.

There will be a disabled toilet in the Clubhouse, Tented Village and at the 6th/9th green on-course catering area.
Event Mobility Charitable Trust will be providing electric scooters and manual wheelchairs for the use of disabled, elderly and mobility impaired visitors to the Travis Perkins Masters at Woburn.
To reserve an electric scooter or manual wheelchair you can book on line at www.eventmobility.org.uk, print out an advance booking form from the website or contact the office on 01386 725391 to request a form to be posted to you. The charity asks £25 for an electric scooter and £10 for a manual wheelchair. Please be aware that advance bookings cannot be made by phone.

Medic 1 are the official First aid support on-site and located next to the Clubhouse and Championship Office in the Tented Village or please ask a marshal or championship official.
Free Spectator grandstand available in the following location:
Grandstand seating is free and available to the public on a first come, first served basis. NO ALCOHOL OR SMOKING in the grandstand is permitted and spectators are kindly asked not to stand up on the stand during play.
A dedicated wheelchair viewing area will once again be positioned on the 18th green.
Observe the leaderboards throughout the golf course for signs that will appear prior to inclement weather moving into the area. When this sign appears, marshals will be instructed to start clearing the grandstand and spectators are advised to take precautions PRIOR to play being suspended. If the siren sounds, seek shelter immediately.

Lost property that has been found on-course or in the Tented Village will be handed in to the Championship Office at the end of each day. The Championship Office is located close to the entrance of the Tented Village.

Spectators are prohibited from using mobile phones whilst on the golf course. Mobile Phones can only be used in the Tented Village.

No photographs permitted during competition round (i.e. after Thursday).
Violation may result in the confiscation of your mobile device or removal from the tournament.
The Travis Perkins Masters marshals are managed by Stefan Dimic, Chief Marshal. The marshals are extremely influential in helping to ensure that play runs smoothly. The purpose of a marshal is to ensure that the competitors are able to compete under the best conditions. Many of the marshals have volunteered at a number of other golf events across the country and have a good understanding of the appropriate golfing etiquette.

PARKING ARRANGEMENTS FOR 2018
Customers, please note that by taking advantage of the Advance Parking car park label (Car Park 2), you will be within an easy 250 yard walk of the 1st tee and fairway, 18th green, Tented Village and practice putting area.
You will also receive a voucher which you may redeem for a complimentary programme and daily drawsheet from the Programme & Information Tent near the entrance. Parking charge includes a complimentary programme & drawsheet
There are limited spaces available, so please purchase early to secure a place.
The main public car park (free of charge) is approximately half a mile/10 minute walk from the Tented Village, 1st tee and 18th green.
DISABLED CAR PARKING
There will be a dedicated disabled car park area for blue badge holders. Please ensure that blue badges are clearly displayed on arrival.
No pets are allowed, with the exception of guide dogs, on the course and we respectfully suggest that you do not leave your pet in the car.

The practice ground is located next to the 2nd hole.
The prize giving will take place as soon as possible after the conclusion of play on Sunday 2nd September on the 18th green, or in a sheltered location in the event of inclement weather.
Hot and cold food will be available in the Tented Village and on-course from 08:00 until the close of play on Friday 31st August, Saturday 1st and Sunday 2nd September.

The Tournament is a 54 hole stroke play event with 18 holes being played each day. A field of 54 Staysure Tour professionals are eligible to play in the Tournament. There is no cut, so all competitors will play all three rounds.
In the event of a tie for first place, there will be a Hole by Hole play-off using hole 18 repeated until a result is achieved.
