Treatment Escalation Plan: Conversation Skills

This course is appropriate for all staff involved in care planning, in both the community and acute care. The Somerset Treatment Escalation Plan is a key part of care planning, but it can be challenging to have the conversation relating to this paperwork. This course will consider the SPIKES communication model and provide examples of good practice, both in terms of the STEP conversation and the completed paperwork.
