Description

You will be helping the Woodland Trust to create England’s largest new native woodland . With your help every single tree will be planted by a volunteer, an ambitious task that has never been achieved before.

Your task will be to plant sapling trees of about 2 foot tall using a spade. You will dig a pit large enough for the roots of your trees, place your tree into the pit and then backfill with soil. Demonstrations will be given and staff will be on hand to help.
