Learn about trees and how to identify them
About this event
Learn about the trees of Hazel Hill Wood, get tips on how to identify trees and meet new people - a rare opportunity during the national lockdown. An interactive session where we’ll be encouraging you to get involved (though if you’d rather just watch and listen that’s fine too).
If you feel able to give a donation, your money will support Hazel Hill Trust’s charitable work promoting wellbeing, resilience and sustainability: for individuals, society and the natural world.
Hazel Hill Wood is a magical nature reserve and education centre near Salisbury. Usually we welcome people to the wood as a place where they can come into contact with nature, help conserve the natural environment and let the natural environment nourish them. We know that during the lockdown it is hard for people to get out to the woods and so we are running this session to bring the woods to you. This session will be led by Charley Miller, our Conservation and Education Coordinator.
When you sign up to this session, we will add you to the Hazel Hill mailing list. We use this to share information about upcoming events and news from the wood. We won't share your information with anyone else, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
We will deliver this online session using Zoom. Please log in to the event at 09:55 for a prompt 10am start.
Supported by The National Lottery Heritage Fund.
