Tickets are free if you reserve your spot today, or £5 per person at the door. We’re also offering a limited number of early bird tickets which include a Trek & Electra goodie bag! Spaces are limited, so don’t hesitate and miss out on this awesome opportunity!

To confirm your place at the event, click the green "Register" button on the right hand side. This will open up a box to book your tickets. Please note: the system will time out after 10 minutes, please ensure you submit your booking within this time. You will receive a confirmation email which will include your tickets for the event.

Can I book for multiple people to attend the event?

Yes, you can book up to 4 people to attend the event in one booking. If you are booking multiple tickets, your email confirmation will include an individual ticket for each attendee.

What if I need to cancel or amend my booking?

You can easily amend your booking using the "manage my orders" link found at the bottom of your confirmation email or at www.eventbrite.co.uk. In this section you can add, amend or remove tickets or cancel your booking. If you can no longer attend, please cancel your booking so that we can offer your place(s) to the waitlist.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

You can either bring your printed ticket or have a copy saved to your electronic device (such as email or save to passport if you have an iPhone). We will simply need to scan the barcode when you arrive to check you in.

Is there parking at the event?

Yes there is free event parking available.

Is the venue accessible for all?

Yes. The venue is fully accessible for everyone. For our disabled visitors, facilities include: easy access into the venue, disabled parking and toilets, and lift access throughout.
