Welcome to Trellick Fitness For All!

Join us at Trellick Tower for a fun-filled fitness event suitable for everyone even if you're just starting out or getting back into fitness, there's something for you here.

Fun functional fitness and games to improve strength, cardio, mobility, agility, and balance to feel and move better in our everyday lives. Come sweat it out with us and meet like-minded individuals in a supportive environment. Don't miss out on this opportunity to get active and have a blast at an iconic London location!

The session will be held at the Moroccan Garden in Meanwhile Gardens in good weather and the Trellick Clubroom (2nd floor) during bad weather and winter months.

Non-residents are welcome and should buzz the main entrance and ask the concierge for directions.

This free session is supported by the Trellick Tower Residents Association and funded by the NHS North West London Intergrate Care System and North Kensington Community Energy.

Bring water, wear suitable shoes and clothing. If you have an exercise mat, bring that along too.

Where is the session held exactly?

In general the sessions will be held at the Trellick Basketball Court in good weather and the Trellick Clubroom during bad weather and int eh winter months.
