Trent Talks with Tame Valley Wetlands: On a Tree by a River
Event Information
About this Event
Trent Talks are fun and informative talks about wildlife and sustainability in the Trent Valley. Get comfy with a hot drink and let us bring nature into your home throughout the winter months.
We will hear from Susan Hartland Smith from the Tame Valley Wetlands Partnership about a new and exciting project they are working on to increase the population and local range of the threatened willow tit, by giving local people a stake in its future now and for generations to come. Come along to learn more about this elusive bird and how you can support their survival.
The talk and presentation will last for one hour, and we have introduced a 30 minute optional 'stay and chat' session to the end of all our Trent Talks. This is a friendly open space to chat about different topics, meet like minded people, or just stay on the call and listen to nature/wildlife/sustainability chatter.
