This course is designed to empower participants with the confidence to use the razor and other tools creatively. The focus is on eliminating apprehensions and honing skills in utilising these tools to personalise haircuts. Through demonstrations and hands-on sessions within a safe educational environment.

Ryan has dedicated over 20 years to Trevor Sorbie, where he serves as the Artistic Education Director. A cherished member of the team, he excels in salon work, education, and creativity. Ryan's fascination with the transformative power of a haircut drives his passion, his work seamlessly combines beauty with creativity, making him a pivotal figure within the creative and education team.

What you receive :

Following the course you will recieve a digital certificate, plus a digital pack, including elements from the presentation, technical diagrams and references.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need to provide a model for the workshop?

Mannequin heads will be provided for the hands on workshop, this is included in the ticket price

Do I need to bring equipment?

You will need to bring your basic kit, including - cutting combs, scissors, razor + sharp blades, thinning scissors, clips, water spray and brushes. We recommend bringing your own hairdrier (plus nozzle/diffuser), flat irons and tongs.

How much experience do I need?

The course is open to qualified stylists that have a basic to experienced level of haircutting
