'Eternal Triangle is the inimitable and legendary Trevor Watts (Spontaneous Music Ensemble/Amalgam/Moire Music Group) on saxophone; renowned composer and jazz improviser Veryan Weston (Jazz Musician of the Year 1979) who has worked with Carla Bley and Lol Coxhill, on keyboard and percussionist Jamie Harris who plays with a ‘virtuosity to make the most experienced Cuban congeros pale!.’ Eternal Triangle have brought their incomparable sound to audiences all over the world merging wonderfully complex and diverse rhythmic structures from Africa, South America and the Middle East with harmonies and melodies rooted in jazz and European music forms. Singing, dancing grooves with the freshness of African chants, carried by Trevor Watts’ twirling saxophone on a dense and constantly moving background.In July 2021 the three musicians began working together on new pieces specifically conceived to discover something new within each piece, and therefore the compositions are ever changing. The strengths of this trio are like the durable and inert strength of a triangle, where each side supports the other – ‘Eternal Triangle’. The band have released their debut CD album – ‘Gravity’ for Jazz Now. New material called " Moving On " has also just been released on the JIN label in the Netherlands.'
