Overview of the day
The Music Hub has curated a day aimed at senior leaders in state-maintained schools that brings together key people who will address the place of arts/music in a school’s delivery of a broad and balanced curriculum. With the introduction of the new Ofsted framework from September and the focus on provision for the cultural development of pupils, the speakers at this event are going to challenge, provoke, and discuss how the arts/music sector can support schools in realising this. With improved partnership working and a widening of education vision, pupils should benefit from a joined-up approach to arts, music and culture.
