Tribute Night In Support of St Barnabas Hospice

Rachel Hallam invites you to an unforgettable evening in support of St Barnabas Hospice!

Join us for a fantastic fundraising event packed with live entertainment, great food, and exciting prizes - all in aid of raising much-needed funds for St Barnabas Hospice, which provides compassionate end-of-life care to over 12,000 individuals across Lincolnshire every year.

Event Schedule:

7:00pm – Guest arrival

7:30pm – Two-course dinner served

8.30pm – Raffle draw

8:45pm – Auction

9:15pm – Tribute performance by Dan Hadfield & Scott Borley

Followed by Disco!

Slow Braised Blade of Beef (GF option available-please indicate GF Beef in Dietry Requirements)

Served with beer braised chantenay carrots, and creamed mash potato

Sweet Potato & Chickpea Loaf (Vegetarian/Vegan/Gluten Free)

Served with seasonal greens

Honeycomb Cheesecake

With toffee sauce and cracked honeycomb

Chocolate and Caramel Tart (Vegetarian, Vegan, Gluten Free)

With exotic fruit coulis

Event Tickets:

🎟️ £50 per person

🎟️ Group discount: Book a table for 10 -12 people and pay just £45 per person

For group bookings, tickets must be purchased under a single booking to ensure the group is seated together.

Groups larger than 12 will be placed on adjoining tables where possible.

Individual ticket purchases will be seated based on availability and may not be grouped together.

Auction & Raffle:

Bidding and raffle ticket sales are open prior to the event. Feel free to promote and sell to your family and friends!

Please feel free to tell friends and family about the Raffle & Auction – if they would like to join in with the fundraising and have a chance to win one of the amazing prizes, they can purchase Raffle Tickets (£1 each) or pre bid on any of the Auction Prizes.

To purchase raffle tickets simply email rhallamfundraising@gmail.com with the amount of tickets required and we will forward Bank Details for BACS payment and can then send photos of Raffle Ticket numbers.

To pre bid on the Auction simply email rhallamfundraising@gmail.com with your Name : Address : Mobile No. : details of the Item(s) you would like to bid on stating the maximum bid. On the night we will have a member of the team bid on your behalf up your maximum bid. All winning bids must be paid for within 5 days of Auction ending.

Your personal information is collected solely for the purpose of managing the Tribute Night in Support of St Barnabas Hospice, including confirming bookings, processing payments, and contacting prize winners.

Your data will be stored securely by Rachel Hallam and will not be shared with St Barnabas Hospice or any other organisation. It will not be used for marketing. All data will be deleted within 30 days of the event and raffle draw unless legally required to retain it.
