Description

A MINDSET CAN BE COMPLEX BUT IT CAN BE SIMPLY TRIGGERED.

In cases where businesses and individuals are on the journey in going Agile, the hardest for all to see and obtain is the ‘Mindset’. Not only ‘doing’ Agile but being ‘Agile’. That is what Agile is. It is the change of an organisation’s culture from one place to another. To achieve this, creating the right the right environment so that you have the support, skills, and knowledge of those around you to sustain it, have a structure and culture that can finally work in your organisation.

You must achieve the cultural changes in the organisation that changing the mindset brings. People in these roles would benefit from this 2-day workshop to trigger the Agile mindset.
