We’re heading to the stunning countryside of Tring and Aldbury to explore an iconic circular route packed with breathtaking views, gentle hills, and that fresh countryside air.
Along the way, we’ll pass Pitstone Hill, Paul’s Knob, Steps Hill, Beacon Hill, and reach the stunning Ivinghoe Beacon, before stopping for a relaxed break to try some South Asian snacks with gorgeous views of Ashridge Estate and the Bridgewater Monument.
🌱 Whether you’re thinking walking with friends, or keen to meet new people—this is your chance to unplug, move your body, and connect with community. ✨ Oh—and yes, there might be ice cream.

- A curated 3–4 hour loop trail
- South Asian snacks (think samosas, chakri, maybe a little chilli-lemon magic!)
- Time to relax at one of the best viewpoints in the Chilterns

📍 Meeting Points:
🚗 Drivers: Meet at Aldbury Village , we will meet the Train traveller at the Start point of Tring Station (free nearby parking).
🚂 Train travellers: We’ll meet you at Tring Station. For those coming from London, You can take a train from Euston via West Midlands Railway which stops at: Euston -> Berkamstead -> Hemel Hempstead -> Watford Junction -> Harrow & Wealdstone -> Tring Station

Yes, you’ll need to organise your own way to the event. If you're driving, we’ll meet at Aldbury Village (there’s free parking nearby). If you're coming by train, we’ll meet you at Tring Station and walk to the trail start point together. Just let us know your transport mode so we can plan timings.
Yes, please bring a packed lunch with you! We’ll be providing some South Asian-inspired snacks to share (think samosas, and salty-spicy treats), but you’ll definitely want something more filling for the journey.
Everyone is welcome! Whether you're coming solo, with a friend, or bringing family—this is an inclusive space for anyone who enjoys nature, community, and a bit of a wander. The walk is moderately challenging but suitable for most with basic fitness and comfy shoes.
