It is a protective place where peers can learn from each other without being judgemental whilst maintaining boundaries of confidentiality. The type of issues you may not feel free to raise in other settings, yet are damaging to wellbeing and causing persisting heartaches.

Dr T brings a passionate, engaging style to the hub along with over twenty years experience of psychiatric practice, three decades of working in communities to support mental well-being and hundreds of hours of creating and delivering training.
