The Triumph Factory Visitor Experience is the home of Triumph, where you'll get the full story in our unique immersive visitor experience. It's here that you'll see how we make motorcycles, get up close to some of the most iconic Triumphs of all time, and enjoy a priceless collection of motorcycle memorabilia brought together exclusively for our visitors. The Visitor Experience itself is free to visit.

However, you can buy tickets for The Triumph Factory Tour. This is the perfect experience if you've ever wanted to venture beyond those legendary factory security doors. This fully guided tour really does take you from concept to manufacturing and final assembly to see for yourself where world-renowned Triumph motorcycles are created and built.

• The number of tours per day may vary so please select a date and check for availability
• The tours run on different days through the week so please select the date most appropriate for you
• Your tour is fully-guided which takes you from concept to manufacturing and final assembly
• Your tour will last for approximately 90 minutes.

After your Factory Tour, top up your own tank with a tasty snack, refreshing soft drinks, or a taste-intensive Barista-style coffee, then relax with free wi-fi as you enjoy these unique Triumph surroundings.

Also available at the Visitor Experience, you can create your own Authentic Triumph VIN Plate keyring which is punched on site. Featuring a Triumph branded black leather loop and brushed silver trigger hook. This is the perfect way to attach your keys to your bag, trousers or jeans and remember your visit. These can be purchased on site at the Visitor Experience or online by clicking here

FAQs

What are my transport/parking options for getting to and from the event?

There is onsite parking for both cars and motorcycles including disabled bays close to the entrance, just follow the signposts as you enter the factory grounds.

What's the refund policy?

We're sorry, but once a Factory Tour is booked, we're unable to arrange a refund if you cancel. We will however endeavour to rearrange your booking, subject to availability. Please email us at factory.tours@triumph.co.uk

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

Yes. Please print or bring a digital copy of your ticket with you as we will need to scan it on arrival to confirm your participation on the tour.
