How can I attend the virtual day of the event?

There will be a separate Eventbrite ticket for Day 2 (Virtual) of the conference. You can find the ticket link on the 'Trivergence2025' or 'kclneuroscience' Instagram pages. Also, check 'kclneurosoc' on Eventbrite to sign up.

What should I bring to the in-person event ?

Please bring your printed or digital ticket for entry. Don’t forget to bring your student ID. Also, make sure to wear business casual attire.

A 1.5-hour lunch break is scheduled, allowing attendees to explore the many dining options near the Strand Campus. With Covent Garden and Seven Dials Market just a short walk away, you'll have access to a diverse range of eateries, from quick grab-and-go spots to sit-down restaurants.

Who is eligible to purchase a member ticket?

Member tickets are available exclusively to individuals who have a valid membership with the King’s College London Neuroscience Society, Imperial College London Neuroscience Society, or University College London Neuroscience Society. Membership will be verified on the day of the conference.
