MICHELLE ZAK, Managing Director, Qomply

Before founding Qomply, Michelle was Chief Operating Officer at Kyte Broking/Market Securities where she drove the MiFID II implementation. Michelle is a recognised authority on the implementation of the regulations affecting the financial industry.

Over the course of her career, Michelle held various senior leadership positions within investment banking. Having degrees in Mathematics and Computer Science, Michelle spent several years implementing quantitative trading strategies for the investment banking divisions of BNP Paribas and UBS.

3. Cancellation and Refunds

3.1 If you wish to cancel your registration, you must notify us in writing.

3.2 Cancellations received more than [14] days before the start of the Course will receive a full refund.

3.3 Cancellations received between [7] and [14] days before the start of the Course will receive a [50]% refund.

3.4 No refunds will be provided for cancellations received less than [7] days before the start of the Course or for non-attendance.
