Event description
An opportunity for all shortlisted Truacanta communities to get together and share their ideas, successes and challenges.

About this Event

Eleven communities have been shortlisted to put together a full application to be part of The Truacanta Project from 2020-2022. This is a chance for all those communities to gather together and get to know each other in a relaxed, informal setting, and for anyone else interested in getting involved in any of those areas to come along and find out more.

The morning event will comprise speakers and world cafe style table discussions, providing opportunities to share your learning, your ideas, any challenges you're facing and any success stories you have. There will be a networking lunch provided by Breadshare from 1.00pm.

Speakers will include:

Rachel Green, Director of The Ripple Project, Edinburgh

Dr Cornelia Featherstone, Findhorn Community Member and Volunteer with Dead Good Events, Moray

Nicola Welsh, Chief Executive and Angie Alexander, Chief Operating Officer, SANDS Lothians
