Overview
“You have searched me, Lord, and you know me… I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made.” — Psalm 139:1,4
A creative, taught retreat we will use a variety of materials and techniques (including mirror painting using posca pens and found poetry) to prayerfully, creatively explore and respond to verse from Psalm 139, Genesis 1 and 2 considering our place in God’s beautiful creation, and how our Creator lovingly made us in his image.
All materials are supplied but please bring an apron and a box/towel to wrap you mirror in to transport it home safely. (Whilst stencil designs for painting are supplied, you are welcome to use your own ideas. No previous experience is necessary, and welcomes those who are new to exploring creative prayer and worship.)
