About This Session

In this online seminar, we explore trust and social threats, two of the key factors that affect the strength and quality of our interpersonal relationships. If we get these interpersonal relationships right, we can great great teams and experiences, if we don't, we can create toxic and draining places to work. In this seminar we:

  • Explore what trust is,
  • Share the core building blocks that make someone trustworthy,
  • Look at social threats and reflect on how feeling socially threatened affects us,
  • Share five domains of social threat that have been shown to exist, and
  • Explore how we can minimize threats in these domains, or use these domains as a way to think about social rewards in our teams.

As always, our seminars are fast paced and engaging and include theory, practical application and top tips so you can not only learn the content, but start to bring it to life in your own world of work.

This session is completely free, but if you'd like to make a donation to support these sessions, you're welcome to do so by selecting a "donation" ticket and contributing what you wish.
