The central question in all, though, is how coming from a place of trust, openness and empowerment, can help tackle some of the tricky problems in our organisations. And how this will contribute to improving team work, employee engagement, client service and efficient working.
The conversation will be led by Tania Eber and Paul Jansen, experienced organisational change facilitators with a substantial track record in the concepts of self-management, autonomy and empowerment, not least through their work at Buurtzorg Britain & Ireland.
