• Know the benefits of using Trusted Charity

• Understand the Trusted Charity Mark assessment process

• Learn how Trusted Charity can help support organisations to be more resilient & sustainable

Introduction to Investing in Volunteers quality standard

Do you want to ensure your volunteers receive a great experience? NCVO’s Investing in Volunteers (IiV) supportive development journey enables you to do just that.

Come to our session and chat to the IiV Programme Manager:

- An overview of what your 12-month development journey would look like: the process, the support, tools and the costs involved.

- An introduction to the IiV’s comprehensive, useful framework with nine quality areas of good practice.

- Hear about the benefits of achieving the IiV quality mark.

A great opportunity to find out more and ask questions.
