Join us for a friendly and informal networking session for all trustees, directors and board members in Norfolk!
This relaxed, informal drop-in session is designed to help you build confidence, share learning and strengthen your board. We'll be joined by speakers from local charity and social enterprises sharing their experiences, plus Empowering Communities partners Voluntary Norfolk and FUSE Network will be on hand to speak to about board member recruitment, setting up trading models, dealing with disputes, creating policies and more.
