Huw Thomas, Partner at Carey Olsen looks at some of the legal and governance challenges arising from the adoption of AI systems by trustees, their employees, service providers and counterparties. He is joined by BDO's Head of Digital and Adoption Rory Steel, who will be looking at where the market is and where it is going in terms of the adoption and use of AI systems
