We will cover your responsibilities including accountability and stewardship, how to deal with the strategic aspects of managing a charity and delegation – particularly with special roles, committees and staff.

We will explore practical ways to cross the divide between trustees and staff to improve workplace wellbeing for the benefit of your charity and all involved.
