Critique with Confidence ...

This workshop will help fundraisers offer exceptional feedback that motivates and builds trust. Elspeth has trained with New York choreographer Liz Lerman whose gold-standard feedback framework Critical Response Process allows the creator of a piece of work to remain in control while those responding are empowered to speak their truth in as useful way as possible. You will learn the key elements of the 4-step CRP process and practice skills that are transferable to formal and informal interactions.

NB The workshop will involve evaluating cake and giving feedback to the baker. We will require 10 volunteers to bake for this event (enough for 10 people to sample). During the registration process please indicate if you are happy to bring along your home baking.
