Description

People like Mark Zuckerberg, Eric Schmidt and Elon Musk have always been looked at as role models by millions of people around the world, especially entrepreneurs looking forward to build the next big thing. In short, well, they are kind of demigods to many. We have all heard those stories of founders dropping out of college to work on their startups, using a store room as their first office, living on friends’ couches or eating the same cheap food every day for a month.

In fact, not just the big names have those insane and hilarious stories to tell! Truth Talk Berlin’s first event of Entrepreneur Series is bringing four crazy startup founders based in Berlin to blow your mind!

UK-based Dominic Ivison and his team got accepted to one of Europe’s leading accelerator programs when money ran low at their startup ThisThat - none of them had considered moving to Berlin in a week, not when his co-founder had only moved to London three weeks prior to the news; Swiss Jonas Ngoenha bumped into French Julia Besson in Lausanne few years ago and built Beazy together in Berlin after convincing her to drop out of her engineering school and move out of Switzerland - without knowing anyone nor speaking a word of German.

Sounds fun? Join us on 10 October, Thursday at Green Hub Berlin and get ready to be inspired and bewildered!

Keynotes will be held in English.
