Join The Cinnamon Club this Autumn for a series of one-off spirit tasting events, sampling premium and unique spirits paired with Head Chef Rakesh Ravindran Nair’s modern Indian plates. Set within the Old Library Bar in the Grade II-listed Old Westminster Library, each evening will educate and entertain with an ambassador from each brand on hand to talk through the history, culture and taste of each tipple.
Champions in the art of traditional gin production, Sipsmith specialises in genuinely small-batch gin in sublimely sippable flavours. The iconic London Dry Gin with a zesty, citrus finish will be served with cured salmon ‘Jhal muri’ and scallop and tuna ceviche, whilst the wintery flavoursome Sloe gin pairs beautifully with a gamey grilled duck with sesame tamarind and tandoori partridge with pumpkin chutney.
The famous V.J.O.P – a Very Junipery Over Proof gin – can be sampled alongside roast saddle of lamb, onion and rock moss sauce with pilau rice and to finish, a stem ginger tiramisu and chocolate and orange sphere will be expertly matched to Sipsmith’s Earl Grey tea-infused London Cup.
