Join us on the 16th August from 10:00 - 10:30, for the TEC Services Association CIC (TSA) Annual General Meeting (AGM)

The AGM is only open to members of the TSA only. Non Members will not be permitted to join the AGM.

The Formal Business Agenda for the AGM is as follows

1. To receive and adopt the directors’ report and the audited statement of accounts for the year ended 31 December 2021 (ordinary resolution).

2. To appoint Afford Bond LLP as the auditors of the company and to fix their remuneration (ordinary resolution).
