Event Details

TSA Surgeries provide members with an opportunity to meet with the TSA team and also with other members in their regions, giving members the perfect opportunity to come together and learn from and share knowledge with each other.

TSA Surgeries are aimed at our Service Provider, Foundation and Strategic members only. Unfortunately TSA Supply members are not permitted to attend TSA Surgeries.

The Surgeries aim to be fully interactive, and encourage participation from all attendees. Surgeries are aimed at individuals that lead or manage services, for example, Service Managers, Call Centre Managers and Operational Managers.

Following some short updates from TSA, we will open the floor to attendees to share their successes, or to raise any challenges that they are facing. We see these events as a great learning and networking opportunity for all attendees.

Due to capacity this event may be limited to one representative from each member organisation.

TSA - The voice of technology enabled care

TSA is the industry body for Technology Enabled Care (TEC), representing the largest industry specific network in Europe and bringing together a growing membership of organisations across local government, health and the private sector.

It is estimated that TSA’s members currently help over 1.7 million people to remain in their own homes (rather than hospitals, care homes and other institutional settings) – supported by their families, friends and carers in familiar surroundings.

TSA works across health, housing and social care through a wide range of public services (NHS, local authorities, Fire and Rescue Services), housing associations, leading industry suppliers, independent and voluntary sector organisations.

TSA welcomes all organisations who have a professional or commercial interest in the provision of technology assisted services, including telecare, telehealth and mHealth.
