TSH Running Club
Overview
En nuestro Running Club seguimos entrenando y mejorando juntos. Cada sesión está pensada para ayudarte a progresar con diferentes tipos de entrenamientos. Este entrenamiento consistirá en:
- Movilidad: 10’ para preparar el cuerpo
- Carrera: 10 km a ritmo 6/km
Y después, bebida de recuperación de Vitamin Well gratis para reponer energías!
No importa tu nivel, la idea es disfrutar, mejorar y compartir cada kilómetro juntos. ¡Te esperamos con las zapatillas listas! 🏃♂️🏃♀️
