OVERVIEW
Join us for the third TSM-Copper Mark assurance provider training of 2025, specifically designed for participants in American and European time zones. This comprehensive training will equip you with the knowledge and skills needed to conduct assurance for both TSM and The Copper Mark.
The training will cover:
- Detailed overview of TSM and Copper Mark requirements
- Assurance processes and methodologies
- Human rights and interviews
- Equitable, diverse, and inclusive workplaces
- Climate change
Upon completion of this training and meeting all eligibility requirements (visit Copper Mark Assurance - Assessors), participants will be qualified to conduct assurance for both TSM and The Copper Mark.

One-hour introductory webinars on both TSM and Copper Mark will be scheduled in the days prior to the training for those unfamiliar with either standard.

Before registering, please review the eligibility requirements https://coppermark.org/assurance/assessors/. The application form can be completed before or after attending the training. The training is also open to those with a general interest in sustainability standard assurance.
If you have paid for a TSM or The Copper Mark assurance provider training within the last two years, please contact kgosselin@mining.ca or hillary.amster@coppermark.org to join this training free of charge.
Yes! Participants from the earlier training programs in 2025 are welcome to attend Day 3 and 4 of this training free of charge.
Yes, participants who complete the full training will receive a certificate of completion. However, to become a qualified assurance provider for TSM and The Copper Mark, you must also meet the eligibility requirements outlined in the application form.
Only Day 3 and Day 4 will be recorded. As the subject matters covered on those days will change each quarter, participants in one training session will be able to access the recordings of all past and future sessions.
Participants will need a reliable internet connection, a computer with audio capabilities, and ideally a webcam for interactive portions of the training. Specific platform details will be shared with registered participants.
