Event description
Come and join us for a drink and a chat. Hear about communicating with customers in multiple formats, across multiple channels & markets.

About this Event

TTIhubs are about networking; bringing travel and technology people together to chat and drink in a convivial atmosphere. We have organised our latest TTIhub to coincide with Travel Technology Europe. At the end of Day One, stroll to The Albion pub (5 minutes' walk)and join us for an evening of drinking, chatting and hearing from our guest speaker: Joel Brandon-Bravo, Vice President Travel, TransPerfect.

Be Everywhere

Technology in travel is giving us the tools to communicate with our potential customers in multiple formats, across multiple channels and markets. This comes about partly to manage the explosion of content as retailers have to become publishers of content (and publishers become retailers). With an explosion in the channels travellers use to get inspiration, book, and communicate with travel providers, the market is in a continuous state of consolidation. At the same time new gaps and opportunities are opening up for those that execute well with a specialisation or servicing the proliferating needs and niches of the modern traveller. Add into the mx that the vast majority of future growth will not come from Western economies but from the East and it’s enough to make your head spin.

Joel Brandon-Bravo has been helping travel brands negotiate the global digital content space to attract, engage, convert and retain customers for over 20 years. In his role as VP of Travel solutions at Transperfect, he’ll be sharing insights into how to navigate the content Tsunami and ride the wave of opportunity that it brings.

This event is kindly sponsored by TransPerfect.
