This course acts as an introduction to neurodiversity with an emphasis on how it can impact people in the workplace. It looks at the strengths that neurodivergent thinkers can bring to organisations, the challenges they face, and what those challenges reveal about the workplace itself. It explores strategies and inclusive practices.

There are no course fees for union reps from TUC affiliated unions.

PLEASE NOTE: This course is for residents of England only. This course will be delivered by Wirral Met. Please be aware that funding restrictions in some areas may mean that a college cannot accept your application: if this is the case you will be notified which college to reapply to.
