About this Event
Our Yoga classes involve traditional yoga postures, together with breathing exercises and relaxation to promote a relaxed, healthy mind and body. The postures (asanas) aim to stretch out the body, improve strength and flexibility, as well as general fitness and health. The guided relaxation and mindfulness calms the body and mind.
Prices are as follows:
£30 for 4 yoga classes in a row (£7.50 per 1.5 hour class & guarantees your space – attending any of the 3 classes we run each week)
£9 drop in (attending as and when you wish, contacting us first to ensure space is available)
All equipment including mats are provided. Our yoga classes are welcoming and friendly, and offer many benefits! Yoga:
