We cater for beginners and intermediate exercisers by offering options to your work out.

What to DO – Wear suitable work out wear and training shoes Bring a bottle of water. All new attendees to Class need to fill in a health form. Please Note - Please see the instructor if you have any medical conditions before commencing.
