The organisers, venue, and staff accept no liability for any injury, loss, or damage to persons or property arising from participation, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.2. AGE & HEALTH RESTRICTIONS This attraction is not recommended for:

CONDUCT WITHIN THE ATTRACTION
• DO NOT TOUCH ANY ACTORS, PROPS, OR DECOR under any circumstances, unless specifically instructed to do so by staff in designated interactive zones.
• Aggressive, abusive, or unsafe behaviour towards staff, actors, or other guests will result in immediate removal from the attraction without refund.
• The use of (high volume) alcohol, drugs, or any intoxicating substances prior to or during participation is strictly prohibited.
• Bags, loose items, and sharp objects may be subject to inspection and may not be permitted inside the attraction. Bag drop is located at entrance available to be collected after experience if required.
• Personal belongings are your responsibility. The venue accepts no liability for lost, stolen, or damaged property.
• Tickets are non-refundable, except where the event is cancelled by the organiser. 4. PARENTAL CONSENT
• Guests under the age of 13 must be accompanied by a responsible adult (aged 18 or over) who accepts full responsibility for their supervision and conduct at all times.
• By allowing a minor to enter, the parent or guardian confirms that they have explained the nature of the attraction, deem it suitable for the child, and accept all associated risks on their behalf.
