About this Event
Tunnel Vision installation by Sprankenstein was commissioned by Guerilla Science for Megacity London season, exploring the city’s future through the lens of engineers and artists, as London’s population rises above 10 million. It is being opened to the public as part of Margate Festival.
One ticket may be booked per person, for one person at a time to take part in the installation across a 10 minute slot. Entry is limited to ages 10 years and above. Young children from the age of 10 - 16 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone, this may be booked as 1 ticket.
You must have a free timed entry ticket to enter the installation. Prompt arrival required, late comers will have up to 5 minutes from the time of their ticket to take part, otherwise entry will not be permitted.
Please note all visitors must wear their own face mask on entry to Resort Studios. Hand sanitisers and disposable shoe covers will be provided for walking through the installation. Please adhere to 2 metres social distancing at all times.
Artists Sprankenstein and Stephanie Bickford-Smith collaborated with a team of graduate engineers from Mott MacDonald and Buro Happold to create a futuristic vision of London. They created artworks inspired by the engineering projects tackling the challenges London will face above and below ground when it becomes a megacity.
