Employers faced with the win or loss of a commercial contract; bringing a function back “in-house”; selling a business or even taking over another business, need to know how the change in circumstances will impact upon employees affected by such changes.
Shakespeare Martineau will discuss how TUPE applies to corporate and commercial transactions, focussing on a case study in a workshop environment, and highlight practical and tactical issues to consider when faced with a TUPE situation. Delegates would find it helpful to have a basic knowledge of TUPE.
They will also touch upon gender pay reporting issues and how they will impact upon organisations.
Please note - this event is being organised jointly between the CIPD Coventry & Warwickshire branch and the CIPD Birmingham Branch
