Church Farm Seminars (Autumn 2017)

This Autumn the School of Law will continue to host its lunchtime seminar series, based around an international human rights theme. They will be held at Church Farm, which houses two School of Law centres: the European Human Rights Advocacy Centre (EHRAC) and the Centre for Abuse and Trauma Studies (CATS)

The seminars will take place at Church Farm on Wednesdays, 1-2pm. A sandwich lunch will be provided. All staff and research students are welcome.

Talk title: ''Turkey – How can the human rights community respond to the current challenges under the state of emergency?'

Ayse is a visiting research fellow at the Law School. In December 2016 she was one of four Turkish lawyers given the Human Rights Award by the Council of Bars and Law Societies of Europe (CCBE).
