Somebody needs what you know...

Everyone knows something that somebody else needs. Your message, experiences and expertise matter. In this day and age, you have ample opportunity to share what you know with the world and make a difference. A lot of people would love to hear you share your message and expertise and reward you in cash for it.

Your Facilitator: Walé Oladipo

Walé Oladipo is a neuroscience-informed mental health educator, author, and the Founder and Lead Educator of MindBody Breakthrough, an organisation dedicated to trauma-aware education and professional development for individuals, organisations, and community services.

With over 17 years of experience working at the intersection of mental health, trauma, and emotional regulation, Walé specialises in helping people understand complex experiences—such as narcissistic abuse, anxiety, and chronic stress—through the lens of the brain and nervous system. His work is highly educational, with a strong emphasis on reducing shame, increasing self-understanding, and supporting sustainable recovery.

Walé holds a Master’s degree in Mental Health Science and draws on ongoing research, neuroscience, and trauma-informed principles to translate complex concepts into accessible, practical frameworks. His teaching integrates neurobiology, lived experience, and compassion-based understanding to help participants make sense of their reactions without self-blame.

Originally from Nigeria, Walé’s interest in trauma and recovery is also shaped by early personal experiences, including exposure to psychological stress and adversity. These experiences continue to inform his commitment to ethical, humane, and dignity-centred education.

Walé is the author of more than ten books on mental health and recovery, and the developer of widely used neuroscience-informed models including T.R.A.U.M.A., F.E.A.R., S.T.R.E.S.S., W.O.R.R.Y., S.A.D.N.E.S.S., A.D.R., O.C.D., and O.S.L.A.C. His work is used internationally by professionals, organisations, and individuals seeking clarity and recovery through understanding.

Founded in 2010, MindBody Breakthrough has trained over 35,000 people and worked with charities, educational institutions, local authorities, NGOs, and training providers. The organisation’s approach centres on psychoeducation—helping people understand how the mind, brain, and nervous system respond to stress and trauma—so that healing can begin from a place of knowledge rather than shame.

Cancellations & Refunds

All course bookings involve preparation and administrative costs, and places are often difficult to reallocate at short notice. For this reason, cancellation charges apply in all cases.

Cancellation charges are based on the date written notice of cancellation is received:

• More than 14 days’ notice: Full refund
• 7–14 days’ notice: 50% refund
• Less than 7 days’ notice: No refund

In exceptional circumstances, a refund request may be considered, and supporting evidence (such as a medical certificate) may be requested.

Alternatively, a substitute delegate may be nominated at any time prior to the course at no additional cost.

Please note that no refund can be issued for non-attendance or where no prior notice of cancellation is given. Where applicable, refunds will be processed after the course has taken place.

Photography & Recording

From time to time, training sessions may be photographed or recorded for educational, quality assurance, or promotional purposes. This occurs occasionally and always with care.

MindBody Breakthrough takes confidentiality and participant dignity very seriously. Any images or recordings are used in line with strict ethical standards for both live and online events.

Where case-study material or identifiable contributions are involved, explicit consent will always be sought from the individuals concerned before any content is used for research, training, or promotional purposes.

Participants are never obliged to appear in recordings or images.
