Event description

Description

This course will discuss the key issues surrounding leadership when turning a school around. This very practical CPD will provide leaders with some key principles. The session will look at practical solutions to some of the big issues facing schools that have historically underperformed. It will have a look at behaviour policies and successful strategies as well as looking at the most efficient way to deploy staff.

Attendees will take away an understanding of what an outstanding school looks like, how to identify and prioritise underperforming groups, and how to embed the school improvement plan so it permeates all areas of the school.

Who should attend

Secondary principals, senior leadership teams, and those aspiring to be.
