Turning Rhetoric into Action
21st November, 5.30 – 8.30 pm
iCAN and iWIN are proud to be working together on an event to highlight mentoring success stories and provide practical takeaways to continue to encourage positive action in the insurance industry as we work together to become more inclusive and hear the voices of our BAME colleagues.
Hosted by Markel and in collaboration with PwC, event focuses on the importance of mentoring and role models, how to have positive conversations about colour, a keynote speech from Janthana Kaenprakhamroy, CEO / Founder of Tapoly, followed by a panel discussion and an opportunity to network with colleagues from the insurance industry.
The evening is also the official launch of our new iCAN and iWIN Self Service Mentoring Program, which offers a platform to access a pool of mentors and mentees in order to make contact and start a mentoring relationship. To get this started off right, we invite you to BYOI – Bring Your Own Influencer – or bring a colleague who could benefit from developing a mentoring relationship.
